Pain is universal. Your path to healing is personal.

I operate from the belief that while we cannot change our history we can address the adaptations needed to survive that now serve as barriers in our adult lives. I love helping people find ways to work with emotions skillfully, so that we feel them and find the wisdom in them, but don’t let them run our lives

My approach is rooted in creating a warm and inviting environment to support you in feeling that all parts of you/your experience is accepted.

I work with adults and young adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, and relationship challenges, with a special focus on LGBTQIA+ clients and those exploring identity or transition.

My approach blends Contemplative Psychotherapy, Brainspotting, mindfulness, and somatic awareness. Rooted in both evidence and intuition, it’s a practice of listening deeply, to the body, the emotions, and the wisdom that lives beneath the noise.

I bring warmth and humor to every session, trusting that light can meet even the darkest places. Healing isn’t about fixing what’s wrong; it’s about remembering what’s whole.

Come as you are.

Come, come, whoever you are,

wanderer, worshipper, lover of learning,

it does not matter.

Ours is not a caravan of despair.

Come,

even if you have broken your vow

a thousand times.

Come, come, yet again come.

~ Rumi

You already hold the answers.
I help you remember how to listen.

My work invites you to meet yourself with clarity and compassion.

To explore what’s beneath the noise, and to return to your own steady ground.

Healing doesn’t have to be heavy. It can be honest, spacious, and even full of humor.

I work with adults and young adults who are ready to go deeper. Curious, self-aware people who crave understanding, not just relief. Together we untangle old stories, deconstruct labels, and rediscover the parts of you that have been waiting to come home.
